If you wish, you can begin with free online introduction, a sort of “Who is who?”. If this first step shows that we can make a difference for you, an indepth interview will follow in ordre to get an overall view and especialy to make a deeper analysis. This will allow us to work in an integrated way. During this initial interview, your needs, wishes and possible obstacles will be looked into.
By working closely together with the client, a structure or step by step plan is elaborated. We examine what can be managed internally (“Internal expertise”) and what is more interesting to manage externally. This will allow us to combine and extend the different areas of expertise and organize the different potentials. At the same time, this approach permits a combined learning process and makes it easier to stay within the limits of the investment choices.
At Diamond Development, we believe that it is fundamental to combine differnt learning methods and methodologies in a growth process. Thus, training meetings, (e-)coaching, workshops, e-learning, inspiration sessions (on line)… are possibilities. Here too, we check what you have available internally: (e-)mentoring, co-working… to maintain the changes.
Development and transformation have a creative and living flow which you cannot completely master. That’s why it is essential to stay on course. In this way adjustments can be made internally or externally if necessary in order to “stay on the right track.” The final phase of “maintenance” requires a solid structure which must be set up progressively so as to anchor the development.
We know that “the motivation, the capability and the spark” are required for behavioral change. Every Diamond project must therefore ensure that they are present.
