Just as during coaching or in our Academy, the accent is placed on awareness. This is yet again linked to the existing potential, so that it is made full use of and rolled out as expected in the growth and change phase.
The 3P model helps with decision making and concentration on coaching and advice. What is the central aspect of the challenge that the organization, the team or the individual aims to meet? It could be centered on a project, on people or on practices. A project encompasses the working context by summing up the units on which work is actually being done. As far as people are concerned, we will examine whether or not the challenge is based on interpersonal relationships. With practical models, we will check if there are behavioral practices or ways of working that need to be changed.
