Development and transformation result from awareness and a correct perception of the situation. We can only manage the elements that we are aware of. That is why we often unconsciously run into « blockages » in our lives, our work or in our relationships. These obstacles can be perceived as painful, and this pain will often open a way towards transformation and personal development.

A simple example of such a system is the connection between your head-heart-body -energy. We live in a world where « great thinkers » are given a great deal of importance. But what happens if you think of everything that needs to be done in your life and your heart does not want to do it?
